Trailer: Alex Cross - Summit Entertainment
After a number of casting changes, James Patterson's "Cross" comes to the screen as "Alex Cross." As with Patterson's other novels, there will most likely be plenty of gruesome killings with detective Alex Cross on the trail. My initial impression of the movie was definitely not good! Having Tyler Perry as the lead, and Rob Cohen as the director didn't inspire confidence!
The trailer certainly does seem very good, so I am most certainly hoping for the best! The key is in Perry being able to take on the ferocity of the role given what his character is put through. And, Cohen needs to just shoot the thing and not do all his goofy theatrics. We will see in October!
